About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join one of its portfolio businesses, which specializes in IT systems integration services. The CRO will play a pivotal role in the company's growth and transformation, with a strong focus on driving revenue and expanding the customer base. This includes leading the sales and marketing functions, with an emphasis on both inorganic and organic methods of growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar business model, with experience in M&A and a heavy sales orientation. Professionalization across all functions is a key aspect, as the business is poised for significant scaling and a planned exit within the next decade.
The successful CRO will be a passionate and committed leader, capable of balancing the company's heritage with a vision for the future. Responsibilities will involve complete acquisitions to enhance the company's scale and service offerings, as well as driving organic growth through effective lead generation and salesforce management. The role requires a candidate with at least 15 years of progressive career success, ideally in a role that includes cross-selling of acquired products and services. While a background in IT systems integration services and a cloud application partnership is preferred, candidates with a strong sales leadership background in a related industry will also be considered. The CRO will work closely with the private equity sponsor, who is dedicated to the success of the investment and the professional development of the business.
