CNC Programmer/Manufacturing Engineering

We are an OEM Contract Manufacturer specializing in high-precision, complex engineered plastics for the semi-conductor industry and some metals for Aerospace industry.
Requirements:
CNC Programmer Manufacture Engineer Requirements:
Master-Cam experience with a minimum of 5 years developing/writing CNC programs.
Capable of process development concept, operation sheets, fixture design, tool sheets and program machine code.
This position will lead our efforts on process improvement of existing jobs in an attempt to reduce setup, develop robust systems driving cycle-times down.
Technical writing for setup and process instructions is required.
Understand and utilization of GD&T per Y14.5.
CAD experience required, Solid Works a plus
Experience with creating operational drawing is required.
Muti-4 Axis Mill 3D surfacing and/or 4 axis Lathes.

Qualifications for CNC Programmer
Previous experience working in a manufacturing setting is required
Must have strong attention to detail
Familiarity and skill with interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or logistical problems that arise
Ability to work independently and closely follow directions is essential
Should have a positive and professional attitude
Available to work weekends and overtime
Capable of standing for extended periods of time
