Co-Founder Cinema Lab

Cinema Lab is a movie theatre development and management company.
· Manage the day-to-day cinema-related duties of a two-auditorium theatre in New Canaan, CT including projection and concessions.
· Maintain the facility and identify areas for improvement.
· Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation.
· Manage opening and closing procedures, including financial reconciliation.
· Create and maintain a staff schedule.
· Schedule and optimize showtimes.
· Ensure that safety and health guidelines are consistently exceeded.
· Manage inventory while maintaining optimal levels of supplies and product to achieve a financial target matrix.
· Proudly uphold Cinema Lab's policies and procedures.
· Ask a lot of questions. From top to bottom, we want our team to share a learner's mind-set. We do not expect you to know everything, and we believe that the best teams create safe spaces for expressing ideas openly.
· Running a movie theatre requires nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
