Coffee Shop Attendant

We are soon to open a "Cafe con Suerte " a coffee shop concept in Las Vegas Mall in Vega Baja. We are seeking dedicated Coffee Shop attendants to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the shop.
Responsibilities:
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and purchases
- Utilize POS system for sales transactions
- Handle food preparation and service following health and safety guidelines
- Assist with food handling and storage procedures
- Perform basic math calculations for inventory and sales reconciliation
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with cash handling and operating a cash register
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions
- Knowledge of basic math for inventory management and sales tracking
- Experience in food service or food preparation is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
