Customer Service Analyst- Vega Baja

TrustMark is currently accepting applications for qualified individuals to evaluate retail stores in Puerto Rico to analyze customer care experience at each store visited. Team members be researching customer-related issues Analyze business processes by gathering information, analyzing requirements, and defining and documenting issues related to Customer Service processes. Requisitos:
Student, Graduate, Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent combination of education and work experience Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service.
