Responsibilities: • Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data • Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction • Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations • Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients Qualifications: • Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language • Proven negotiating and communication skills Compensation: $80,000 - $225,000 yearly
