Compensation Analyst - Advanced

Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day benefit operations and projects Some days you're dealing with employee issues or resolving tickets. Other days you are helping to set strategy or running reports to make recommendations on benefits design. Must Haves: Microsoft suite Workday Nice to have Skills: A lot of benefits experience Previous experience outsourcing to a leave admin platform. The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
