Ours client is looking for a Construction Project Manager with 4 years of Experience to join the team. This person will be both on site an in the office.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and manage construction projects from conception to completion.
* Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines, and ensure adherence to these throughout the project lifecycle.
* Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process, including procurement of materials, hiring subcontractors, and managing subcontractor relationships.
* Monitor and manage project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays that may arise.
* Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.
* Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders.
* Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to keep them informed of project status and address any concerns or questions.
* Manage project budgets and expenditures, tracking costs and making adjustments as necessary to ensure projects remain within budget.
* Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure successful project completion.
* Implement quality control procedures to ensure workmanship and materials meet project standards and specifications.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
* Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate project teams.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
