Typical qualifications for Consultant / Senior Consultant: 3/4+ years of professional experience, including 1+ years within advisory services, preferred Strong analytical abilities, both quantitative and qualitative Ability to present information in an insightful and structured manner, both written and oral Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team Sensitivity to the political and cultural environments of international public agencies or similar complex environments A passion for driving social impact and equity Experience living and working in different communities Demonstrated fluency with English speaking and writing skills What You Will Do and How You Will Grow
Consultants and Senior Consultants are essential contributors to our organization, leading the delivery of inventive solutions and offering analytical excellence to our clients. They take the lead in research and analysis, molding the teams understanding with both quantitative precision and insights gleaned from engaging stakeholders.

Our current opportunities are in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington, DC.

Salary: The annual compensation for these roles range from $85,000-104,000 with up to a 10% annual performance-based bonus for the Senior Consultant role.

You are expected to work near one of our offices and work 2-3 days/week in the office.
Employment in Dalberg's US offices are contingent on the candidate having the requisite authorization to live and work in the US as well as possessing fluency in English.
