THE OPPORTUNITY
Heggerty is seeking a Content Manager to oversee the ongoing import and maintenance of content and resources in the customer-facing product platform (myHeggerty). In this role the Content Manager serves as the resident expert on use of the Content Management System (CMS), ensuring that all necessary materials are available and accurate. When necessary, the Content Manager oversees the work of vendors contributing to the upload and management of Heggerty digital content.
While this role is primarily responsible for digital content, the Content Manager may also be involved in the print reprint corrections process - collecting corrections feedback, coordinating with composition vendors to complete the updates, and ensuring files are delivered to the manufacturing team on time.
Responsibilities
Develops a detailed understanding of the tools and functionality of Heggerty's proprietary content management system (CMS), and maintains internal documentation about how to use it.
Makes regular content corrections and uploads/modifies resources in myHeggerty based on internal team and customer feedback.
Trains, manages, and oversees the work of vendors uploading new content and resources into the CMS.
Leads and participates in quality assurance (QA) of new content in myHeggerty.
Manages content resources, such as videos, flipbooks, ebooks, and PDF files.
Manages the creation, testing, and delivery of NIMAS files for print products.
Assists the Digital Product Management team with the creation of announcements, surveys, support articles, and product guides within myHeggerty.
Requirements
