A leading residential builder is seeking a Controller to add to their team!

Controller: Experience working with a home builder and working on multiple projects involving various product lines and plan types Experience in preparing and reviewing financials, waterfalls, and distributions for consolidating, non-consolidating, and standalone entities Experience in managing debt and equity cash needs, including managing cashflows and draws Perform financial forecasting and cash flow management for ongoing projects Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team. Collaborate with other departments to achieve financial and operational goals.
