A homecare company is seeking a Coordination Supervisor to be responsible for the overall coordination of the homecare department. This includes managing the staff, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that the department runs smoothly.

Responsibilities: Availability to work late hours Manage the staff of the homecare department, including hiring, firing, and training employees. Schedule appointments for clients and ensure that they are met with the appropriate level of care. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the homecare department, including ensuring that clients are satisfied with the services they receive. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the homecare department. Monitor the budget for the homecare department and ensure that it is being used effectively. Report to the CEO on the status of the homecare department. Qualifications: Experience in homecare management. Bilingual (Spanish) Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary: $75k/Year + Bonus
