Credit Specialist

The Credit Specialist will consistently work to further enhance administrative processes and procedures to drive operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Business Administration Bachelor's degrees with a concentration in Accounting or Finance
One year of related experience for junior positions / three for Intermediate.
Proficient on the understanding and interpretation of financial statements.
Proficiency on Microsoft 365 (Office Applications)
Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Responsibilities
Verify the information in Credit Summaries is duly updated and correct before sending for final signatures.
Maintain WUP's in process report up to date.
Assure that all compliance Documents are accurately saved in each transactions' folder after deal is submitted. (OFAC, Boletin, Middesk, TU, Exposure, FS, Bank Statements among others)
Support Syndication requests. Support the creation of Credit Packages and post them in the adequate Funding Source's One Hub in a timely manner.
Support in the monthly Decline Letters process.
