***Responsibilities:*** Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable.
Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
Participate in training to boost booked calls and practice outbound calling.
Adhere to the companys plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.
Other fun administrative activities.
Dispatch jobs to technicians.
Make outbound calls to customers.
Execute a minimum of 20 touches per hour.
Assist in filling the dispatch board with jobs for our technicians via booking service calls or Deans Club evaluations.
Input data in system accurately.
Occasionally being On-Call
Any other items that may be assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
