We empower our employees to take charge and step up to any challenge.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesUnderstand growth strategy, goals, commitments, policies, pricing agreements, and struggle points of all assigned accountsEstablish new and strengthen existing customer relationships through arranging, scheduling, and resolving issuesManage daily shipments in our transportation management system software ensuring on-time pick-up and delivery every timeHandle customer operational requirements by building orders, covering shipments, providing track & trace, billing, and collections.Understand market trends and industry standards to facilitate spot and contracted pricing, as well as educate customers as needed.
