Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service and Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing sales inquiries, and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building. This is a remote job that involves working from home. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Provide accurate information about our products and services. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Comfortable with technology and able to adapt to new systems quickly.
