Title: Customer Service III Location: Lake Forest, IL, 60045 Duration: 12 Months Timings: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Overview: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with 3-5 years of experience and a 4-year equivalent college degree. This role involves taking inbound and outbound calls and emails to provide information to healthcare customers. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone and email. Retrieve and provide customer or company information utilizing a database. Learn and follow detailed instructions accurately. Demonstrate patience, tact, empathy, and problem-solving skills. Organize and manage calls and emails with speed and accuracy. Work with complex computer applications and resource materials. Multitask effectively while employing critical thinking skills. Required Skills: Experience: 3-5 years of experience required. Education: 4-year equivalent college degree Problem Solving & Critical Thinking : Ability to assess situations and propose solutions. Multitasking : Capability to navigate between different platforms, managing customer calls and emails efficiently. Basic Computing Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft software suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) and a general understanding of Windows and commonly used computer systems. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) : Ability to follow established procedures and know when to seek assistance. Team Player : Understand and contribute to team culture effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP or other ERP systems. Background in the healthcare industry. Candidate Assessment: Must score 80% or higher on all training assessments.
