Part Time Customer Service Lead
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist our guests with pride, respect, dedication, and sincerity.
Assist the supervisor.
Make sure to complete daily tasks.
Assist mall's Marketing Department
Upload mall's merchants' weekly content to OneDrive.
Take pictures and videos for social media.
Proofread documents and correct grammatical errors.
Communicate with clients, housekeeping, and security.

Experience:
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Must be bilingual (Spanish and English)
Must have excellent grammar and spelling in both languages.
Own Vehicle
Updated Driver's License
Willing to travel to other locations.
Knowledge in:
Computer and Internet
Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
Cash handling.
Basic Photography
