Job Responsibilities: Serve customers dropping off and picking up clothing. Engage with customers to enhance relationships.Provide product and service information and assistance to customers in a friendly manner.Maintain customer accounts with current and accurate information.Resolve customer problems in a timely and professional manner using scripts and skills provided to you.Enter garment descriptions into the computer with accuracy.Fold and package finished garments to prepare for pick-up.Sort, scan and file finished garments for storage.Keep work areas need and clean at all times.
