A growing IT company is seeking a full time Customer Support Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT customer service and be able to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Handle client tickets and issues Troubleshooting technical issues and providing support to customers Providing feedback to the development team on customer feedback Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers Qualifications: Experience in IT customer service Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: $50k - $60k/Year
