Customer Technical Associate (Mandarin)

Epay World LLC is a fast-growing full-service payment processing company; we work with customers from diverse industries to streamline their electronic payments and collections. Because of our huge growth, Epay World is now seeking a self-motivated and energetic Customer Technical Associate.

Responsibilities:
Skills in repairing computer hardware and software.
Able to operate different systems like Window, Mac OS, Linux (Ubuntu, Red hat, Arch, Cent OS)
contacting potential customers via telephone, email, and other electrical devices.
Arranging meetings with prospects in order to demonstrate products.
Identifying opportunities for new business within the market.
Deployment: Ship out and receive the package; Get quotes from different companies when necessary to ship out bigger items.

Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Confident talking to a diverse group of people
Capable to work independently and multitasking
Must be enthusiastic and energetic
Bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin

*We provide training, so you don't need to be an expert on all of the systems, but it is a huge plus if you have previous technical support experience/familiarity with the listed systems.

Work Location: In person
Work Schedule: Saturday to Wednesday 12pm-9pm
