Data Entry Clerk

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data into our systems.
Responsibilities
- Input data from paper documents into computer systems
- Update existing data
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Quickbooks Online
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Familiarity with databases and data collection systems
- Basic understanding of administrative procedures
- Ability to accurately type at a fast pace
- Knowledge of computerized filing systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math skills for numerical data entry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.56 - $11.18 per hour
