Role: Demand Generation Marketing Manager - emphasis on email/SMS campaign experience

Location: El Segundo, CA - hybrid 2x week in-office
Compensation: - Mid level: $100k - 120k base + performance-based bonus and equity options
- Senior level: $120k - $140k base + performance-based bonus and equity options
Key Responsibilities Execute successful campaigns to generate leads and grow the sales pipeline Lead the marketing efforts to upsell our product suite and expand customer engagement Drive ideation, strategy, and execution of scaled lifecycle campaigns to generate and accelerate sales pipeline and revenue Identify customer pain points, ideate solutions to improve user experience, and generate ongoing user-driven insights to inform campaign strategy and optimization Leverage marketing automation, behavioral data, and ML-based techniques to create personalized experiences at scale Design iterative experimentation plans to continuously optimize and improve campaign effectiveness Drive growth across key metrics (MQLs, SQOs, pipeline, revenue) - measure success, optimize against targets, and report on performance regularly Analyze trends, develop actionable insights, and socialize relevant learnings across the organization Develop and implement content marketing strategies that align with demand generation goals, including the creation and distribution of valuable, relevant content to attract and engage target audiences Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success Skills & Requirements 4+ years of email marketing/CRM experience 4+ years of experience marketing software products, ideally B2B or B2B2C Experience with HubSpot highly preferred Deep knowledge of the email landscape and best practices (deliverability, privacy laws) and growth marketing concepts (attribution, incrementality) Technical email knowledge (understanding of webhooks, APIs) Self-starter with the ability to drive projects forward with minimal oversight Advanced analytical skills; ability to analyze trends and derive actionable insights from data User-first sensibility Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams Benefits & Perks Medical, dental, and vision insurance HSA and FSA accounts 401(k) retirement plan Unlimited PTO with responsibility and accountability Disability & Life insurance Hybrid work environment in a beautiful El Segundo-based office Gympass membership
