Job Description:The Role The FI Organization is seeking a Direct Indexing Director with proven subject matter expertise in breaking down sophisticated product features into clear and concise stories to communicate to business partners and clients. This position requires the ability to collaborate across various cross-functional areas including product, marketing, and distribution teams. In this role, you will work with a counterpart in the field to act as a liaison between Fidelity Specialists and our product teams, collecting feedback and ideas to influence our product roadmap.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor's degree required. MBA, CFA or equivalent graduate degree a plus.Series 7 & 63 licenses required (pass within 90 days)5-10 years of financial services experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsYou build and maintain relationships as you work collaboratively across Fidelity to deliver business outcomes and seek out the expertise of colleagues to advise on your approachAbility to multitask, prioritize, problem solve and make decisionsYou possess strong business/technical knowledge of products offered in the wealth management and asset management spaceExperience with tax-managed equities or separately managed accountsDemonstrates strong investment competence and communication skillsAble to interact well with both external clients (advisors, shareholders, due diligence analysts, etc.) as well as internal clients (investment management, distribution, product management and senior management constituents, etc.)Serve as a voice of the client for ongoing product development and executionThe Team We are dedicated to the intermediary and institutional marketplace, Broker Dealers, Registered Investment Advisors, and financial advisors.
