About the Role The Company is seeking a Director of FP&A to join its corporate financial management team. This key role involves close collaboration and effective communication with all levels of the organization to develop budgets, projections, and financial analysis. The successful candidate will play a critical part in the company's growth and scaling efforts, working closely with the CFO and the entire leadership team, including the private equity sponsor. Responsibilities for the Director of FP&A include but are not limited to, developing and managing the annual budget process, providing financial analysis and support to the organization, and ensuring that financial reports are accurate and completed in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate for the Director of FP&A position at the company will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA is preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record of leading budgeting processes and financial modeling. Experience in a private equity-backed environment is a plus. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a strong proficiency in financial software applications. Effective communication and the capacity to influence and build relationships across the organization are also essential for this position.
