Fast-paced environment with the opportunity for career mobility within a growing team.Regular exposure to industry challenges and participation in solving for these via technology and services.Opportunity to promote new ideas and solutions within a collaborative group of like-minded individuals.Responsibilities: Manage multiple implementations, while maintaining on-time deliverables.Evaluate scope of work/project plans and make recommendations for improved process plans.Manage relationships with clients, internal teams, and all stakeholders.Prepare project progress and status reports for leadership team and clients.Identify and work to resolve gaps in process or project execution.Develop long-term relationships with existing clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.Utilize strong adaptability skills and become an expert on our proprietary products through classroom, web, and on-the-job training and experience.Work through new requirement discussions with the client and assist with developing long-term sustainable solutions for our customers.Identify upsell opportunities for regulatory-related services or products.Ability to foster, develop, and grow a team.Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $190,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

What We're Looking For: Proven track record of success in completing consulting and/or managed service-oriented programs.7-10+ years of proven experience in a regulatory-related field with previous process management and significant corporate KYC experience.Excellent analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills with exceptional presentation expertise.Ability to manage conflicting priorities and communicate effectively with clients.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with a focus on quality and process.Ability to maintain and report Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics to upper management.Must be able to work collaboratively with team members, both senior and junior.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Right to Work Requirements:This role is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
