We have our eye out for a candidate with experience managing marketing campaigns, approaches business from both a creative, analytical and data driven perspective.
Position Description: The Director of CDPAP Operations will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing the company's overall CDPAP strategy with marketing, intake and to start of services. This individual will also oversee the outreach and intake of all incoming business to ensure excellence in patient care and warrant patient retention amongst teams at all times. This individual will have the opportunity to work amongst motivated healthcare professionals while mentoring and coaching a team of intake representatives.
Primary Responsibilities: Train and develop the CDPAP teams Oversee and ensure a seamless enrollment process for all incoming cases Work with the internal stakeholders in marketing, sales, and research to plan and implement google optimization and other online and field campaigns Monitor campaign progress and make adjustments in-the-moment Track performance metrics, understand trends and make data-driven decisions about campaign strategy Required Qualifications: In-depth understanding of the CDPAP landscape, including policy trends and the key challenges facing Home Care Agencies and other segments within health care Proven success managing and coaching multiple teams with different disciplines Experience developing and executing SEO campaigns; plus not required.
