We are seeking a Director of Consulting to provide strategic oversight and project management for client initiatives. This role requires strong leadership abilities to mentor team members, manage client relationships, and ensure project deliverables meet client needs within established timelines.
Key Responsibilities: Lead project meetings and develop comprehensive project plans and deliverables. Ensure projects are executed on schedule, addressing any issues that arise. Deliver training to consultants and tailor services to meet client needs. Oversee the duties and schedules of direct reports, approving timesheets and managing leave requests. Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews to support staff development and engagement. Participate in resource management, including interviewing candidates and supporting project placements. Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities. Draft proposals and implement account management strategies. Monitor project performance, manage budgets, and communicate effectively with clients regarding deliverables. Collaborate with senior management to establish strategic plans and objectives for key projects. Lead initiatives that promote cross-department communication and process improvements. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field. Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field preferred 10 years in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry. 5 years managing staff and projects. Strong understanding of GMP and documentation practices. Preferred Knowledge: Subject Matter Expertise in relevant life science areas.
