Reporting directly to the VP of EMR Systems, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing Integrations and Interoperability through innovative technology solutions. Your expertise will directly contribute to our organizations strategic goals of growth, improved patient outcomes, and expanded capacity for care. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in leading Epic EMR initiatives, with a deep understanding of Integrations and Interoperability. A strong executive presence, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a commitment to continuous delivery are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for Integrations and Interoperability, aligned with the VP
of EMR Systems & vision and enterprise-wide EMR strategy.
? Lead Epic Integrations and Interoperability related teams
? Drive measurable improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined by senior management team.
