Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Inside Sales to lead our inside sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, maximize revenue, and exceed targets. The Director of Inside Sales will oversee a team of inside sales representatives, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the achievement of sales objectives.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to develop and enhance the skills and capabilities of the inside sales team.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional growth.
Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market share.

Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in inside sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, exceed targets, and deliver results in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
