Director of Marketing and Corporate Development
Fast-Growing Company is Seeking a Director of Marketing and Corporate Development About the Role: You will lead the strategic direction of the marketing department, overseeing all marketing initiatives and campaigns. You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving growth, and ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong leadership skills.
In addition, you may also be involved in adjacent roles and activities associated with account management, project management, special programs or initiatives, and other activities directly or indirectly associated with the corporate development of Serva Health.
Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve the company's growth objectives.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, traditional, and experiential marketing.Brand Management: Ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all platforms, maintaining the integrity and positioning of the brand.Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.Performance Metrics: Set KPIs and use data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to improve performance.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate marketing plans and performance metrics to senior leadership and other stakeholders.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.Experience: 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital marketing, brand management, market research, and campaign planning.Preferred Attributes: Innovative Thinker: Ability to think outside the box and develop creative marketing solutions.Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.Collaborative: Proven track record of working cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
