The Director of Marketing leads the Marketing team to support the expansion of the firm's client base. This position is primarily sales-focused and supports the firm by overseeing research and contacting potential new client sources via initiatives developed alongside the rest of the Marketing Team.
Director of Marketing Responsibilities: Plans, directs, and coordinates marketing efforts. Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies. Conducts market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of services. Develop and manage advertising and promotional campaigns. Conducts pricing research and analysis to develop competitive pricing strategies. Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the industry; identifies needs for new services and makes recommendations to leadership. Composes, develops, evaluates, and conducts training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies. Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates trade shows, conferences, and other events. Negotiates contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements: Knowledge of U.S. immigration (specifically business immigration) required Experience with Worldwide ERC/global mobility strongly preferred Bachelor's degree (required); emphasis in marketing or business preferred Experience in a Marketing leadership role (manager or director level) Proven marketing campaign experience Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills Professional and proactive work ethic Proficiency with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred) Excellent organization and time management skills Interested candidates should submit a resume/CV, cover letter, and brief writing sample.
