Job Salary: $180,000 - $195,000

You will provide strategic direction and vision while overseeing all sales activities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targetsDevelop and implement strategic sales plans and initiativesIdentify new business opportunities and expand market shareAnalyze sales data and trends to develop effective sales strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales plansProvide regular sales performance updates to senior leadershipManage and develop sales budgets and forecastsDevelop e-commerce marketing strategies to drive revenue growth in the beauty and retail industries.What You Need for this PositionMust Have Skills: 8+ years of sales experience (ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights)8+ years of experience in budget management, forecasting, and P&L management5+ years of people leadership experience (in a Director or elevated role)Must have experience with Sephora and UltaMust be proficient in Excel and PowerPointBachelor's DegreeAble to be onsite 2 times a weekPluses (Not required): Experience in retail, beauty industry, and supply chain- Salary: $180,000 - $195,000 with bonus!
