General Purpose:
The Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative will be responsible to provide top of the class customer service thru our call center. The Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative needs to create and maintain good relationship with our internal and external customers also with coworkers and administrative personnel.
V.
Essential Duties:
Scheduling and dispatching limousine trips.
Taking reservations for travel.
Air travel flight verification for clients.
Confirmation of driver availability.
Receiving and placing telephone calls.
Collecting payments for limousine trips.
Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling reservations, questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
Data entry and use of software programs.
Problem solver and complaint resolution.
Available to perform work schedules as per company needs and willing to relocate into company bases as required.
Researching to troubleshoot customer problems, communicating with drivers, office staff and customers verbally and in writing.

Keyboarding Skills Willing to work under pressure
Friendliness Good phone voice
VII.
Education/Experience:
Proven experience as dispatcher or relevant position
Fast typing with experience in data entry
Proficient in English (oral and written)
High school diploma
VIII.
Language Skills:
May be required: to read and interpret documents such correspondence and procedure manuals; to write routine reports and minutes and to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of the organization.

Physical Demands:
Frequently uses hands to finger, handle, or feel, talks and hears. Regularly stands and sits. Occasionally walks, reaches with hands and arms, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls, tastes or smells. Occasionally lifts up to 25 pounds.

Noise level is moderate.
