The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitable sales, developing and aligning strategies and goals for the channel, and ensuring the execution of sales, contribution, and market share targets. This role requires an individual with an expert understanding of P/L leadership, who can build and execute a holistic plan for the assigned channel, including merchandising, advertising, display, pricing, and training activities. The Division Vice President of Sales will also be accountable for channel forecasting and will act as the face of the company to external partners while being a leader within the organization.

Applicants for the Division Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, with at least 15 years' overall experience, and a preference for those with 7 years in the furniture or mattress industry. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in driving results, particularly in a resource-limited environment, and a strong proficiency in areas such as strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and executional excellence.
