For clerical and administrative support.    WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:  The Technical Part: Associate Degree in Business Administration (Accounting, Finance, or Management) and at least 1-2 years of experience in administrative and clerical activities.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Critical thinker with attention to detail.
Fluent in both Spanish and English.
Experience in:  Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience with QuickBooks is preferred AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job) Assist the accounting department, other assistants, and the accounting manager as needed.
Prepare, review, update, and send Word and Excel documents and reports.
Perform basic data entry tasks.
Support the payroll process as needed.
Create and maintain various databases.
Provide support for internal and external audits, including platform audits, system access, account creation, among others.
Perform several administrative activities such as scheduling meetings, attending phone calls, organizing files (both hard copy and electronic), and other tasks as needed by the business.
Provide information to internal staff, clients, and resources by answering questions and fulfilling requests.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure data integrity.
