JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Responsible for ensuring that employees are safe and healthy while they are working.
Train employees to use effective all EHS tools and to follow company procedures.
Visit employees on the job site and perform EHS compliance inspections and provide necessary training as required.
Periodically conduct toolbox meetings.
Identifies opportunities to minimize workplace injuries, accidents, and health problems.
Track/monitor KPI for EHS observations, near misses, incidents and accidents.
Lead and manage all near misses, hazard/accident investigations and reports.
Maintain all safety records and manage non-compliance at plant level.
Assist Service Supervisors and Managers in project planning.
Prepare Job Safety Hazard and Job Safety Analysis as required.
Manage personal protective equipment inventory.
Inspect vehicles for EHS compliance.
Collaborate with the management to develop, implement and maintain safety program, policies and procedures.
o Evaluates the effectiveness of safety and security programs.
o Participate in fact finding, root cause analysis and resolution on all injury/incident investigations, and ensure applicable paperwork is forwarded to appropriate parties.
o Promote a culture to achieve Zero Accident.
o Assure on time reporting and investigation of Near Misses, Incidents, and Accidents as per ASI's safety policy.
to Promote CARE program and customers total satisfaction thru excellence service and follow up.
o Promote ASI's uniform code for service technicians and employees. o Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local safety laws, regulations, codes, and rules.
o Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Environmental Health and Safety, or related working experience as Safety Officer or Coordinator Minimum experience 3-5 years in related field OSHA 10hr OSHA 30hr OSHA 500 Train the Trainer OSHA 510 OSHA 502 Outreach Trainer OSHA 7505 Decision making and problem solving oriented Experience in computer programs, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet.
