Responsibilities: Assess each call situation and provide basic to advanced patient care using EMT protocols Utilize EMT skills and medical equipment to administer advanced medical care Communicate effectively with patients and loved ones Take responsibility for scene and unit management as needed Drive the ambulance on 911 responses Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel Other Responsibilities: Participate in community programs to maintain a positive image and establish strong community relations Required Qualifications: Valid state driver's license and EMT certification American Heart Association Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP Medical Examiner's Certificate and proof of required vaccinations High school diploma or equivalent, with past work experience in healthcare preferred Ability to pass a Physical Agility Test Good physical stamina, endurance, and body condition Why Choose Us?
