Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and assist customers.
Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively and courteously.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in tracking systems.| Salary:$11 per hour. |Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Requisitos:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a bilingual setting. | Proficiency in both English and Spanish, both verbal and written. | Previous experience in a call center or customer service is desirable. | Highschool diploma
