Handle incoming minor and major emergency phone and radio calls for assistance including, but not limited to:
Reports of break-insRequests for security officersAlarm activation callsCustomer service threatsActive shooter situationsLost equipmentRequests for access to facilitiesSend and respond to emails sent to the SOC from stakeholders.Respond to alarms via state of the art computer equipment and software applications.Monitor alarm and CCTV activity for multiple facilities throughout Customer's territory.
