About the Role The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead a transformative national initiative. The Executive Director will be responsible for the development, implementation, and assessment of programs, as well as securing funding to support the organization's activities. A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion is essential, as the mission is to attract, educate, train, and retain a broad population, with a focus on women and minoritized groups, in semiconductor sciences and technologies.
The ideal candidate for the Executive Director position at the company will have a Master's degree or equivalent experience, with a terminal degree being highly valued. They should have a proven track record in leadership, strategic planning, and managing complex initiatives. Experience in fiscal management, budgetary strategies, and a passion for the educational mission of the organization are key. The role demands a leader who can champion inclusive excellence, engage with a diverse set of stakeholders, and drive the expansion of the workforce pipeline in the semiconductor industry. The Executive Director will also be expected to support program development, promote student and industry interactions, and enhance the visibility of the organization through public advocacy. The position is remote, requiring a self-directed individual willing to travel on behalf of the organization.
