Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a strong background in health economics, with a focus on disease knowledge in relevant therapeutic areas such as nephrology, rare diseases, neurology, ophthalmology, and/or immunology. A minimum of 10 years' of experience in the field, along with an advanced degree in a related discipline, is required. The role demands advanced communication skills, the ability to work cross-functionally, and a proactive approach to maintaining professional relationships with healthcare decision-makers, payers, and policymakers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading HEOR research in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, and be adept at using various statistical and analytical methods to evaluate healthcare outcomes and costs.
