The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily administrative functions of the Commission, including managing all board and subcommittee meetings, overseeing the licensure operations and processes, and directing the investigation and compliance program. The Executive Director will also be involved in personnel management, training, and performance evaluations, and will be expected to provide expertise in the disciplinary processes. Fiscal responsibilities include ensuring fee compliance and acting as the primary contact for the yearly fiscal audit.

The role requires a minimum of 6 years' of professional, administrative, supervisory, or managerial experience, with at least 2 years' in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a strong background in unarmed combat sports and significant experience in supervisory and management roles. The role demands a candidate with the ability to travel throughout the Commonwealth and a commitment to promoting a work culture that is inclusive and respectful.
