Candidates for this position must have a DVM or advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in government, multilateral, or global organizations, with a background in technology or animal health-related industries. Superior interpersonal, leadership, and diplomacy skills are essential, as is a proven track record of working with multilateral organizations. The role requires the ability to identify strategic priorities, manage projects, and influence internal and external stakeholders. The Executive Director will also be the global public policy lead for business objectives with a worldwide impact and must be adept at proactively addressing regional business challenges. Expertise in the evaluation of complex problems and the design of creative solutions, as well as a commitment to the highest standards of ethics and compliance, are expected.
