As the Head of Immune Cell Therapy Operations, the Executive Director will be instrumental in building and leading a high-performing team, instilling a culture of agility and innovation, and overseeing project management to ensure rapid development in a highly competitive landscape. Essential skills include the ability to influence strategically, manage stakeholders, and work effectively across internal and external boundaries. While a Master's or PhD is desirable, the role is open to candidates with a B.S. who have a significant breadth of experience across product development functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of influencing senior management and the ability to make strategic decisions that positively impact the delivery of ground-breaking cell therapies for patients with immune-mediated diseases.
