Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and a minimum of 8 years' experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with at least 4 years in sales management. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to inspire and connect with people, and a proven track record in designing and delivering technical and medical education.
