Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a minimum of 18 years of biopharma commercial experience, with at least 8 years in a management or leadership role. An advanced degree in life sciences, healthcare management, or a related field is required, with an MBA or equivalent experience being highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building patient service programs, particularly for rare diseases, and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards in this area.
