This key leadership role is pivotal in the company's mission to pioneer the discovery, development, and commercialization of therapies that degrade disease-causing proteins. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting a clear vision, developing a team, and building productive relationships to establish and implement a global strategic procurement and outsource capability. This includes leading the strategic sourcing team, partnering with the business to develop external sourcing strategies, and driving the end-to-end strategic sourcing process to ensure high-quality, cost-optimized, and efficient delivery of the company's pipeline.

Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' strategic sourcing and procurement experience in the biotech or biopharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record in building and managing high-performing teams. The role requires the ability to lead complex supplier negotiations, manage strategic supplier relationships, and integrate enterprise-wide targets into corporate objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of all aspects of strategic sourcing, from strategy development to contract execution, and will be committed to the company's core values and leadership behaviors.
