The successful candidate will work closely with the President to drive the implementation of a bold new strategic direction, ensuring the organization's growth and impact in North America, Israel, and the global Jewish community. This executive will be responsible for overseeing a large and complex organizational infrastructure, promoting integration and cohesion across strategic initiatives, and managing a team of high-caliber professionals. Key responsibilities include serving as a thought partner to the President, being constituent-responsive, and fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic leadership, at least 10-15 years of experience in a senior leadership role, and a commitment to the mission and values of the organization.

The ideal candidate for the Executive Vice President position at the company will be an expert, collaborative, innovative, and visionary leader with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. They must possess exceptional management skills, the ability to motivate and inspire teams, and a history of embedding REDI values into organizational processes. A background in non-profit leadership, with experience in organizational and resource development, financial management, and human resource management, is highly valued.
