We are looking for an ambitious and hardworking, diverse and multifaceted, requiring a combination of leadership, managerial, and customer service skills Food and Beverage Manager to join our team! In this position, you will take a lead in forecasting, planning and controlling the ordering of food and beverages for our hospitality property. You will also be expected to lead your team by an example.
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning, and maintaining high standards of service.

Managing and supervising the staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
Developing and implementing strategies to improve the restaurant's performance.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and making necessary adjustments to stay competitive.
Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food preparation.
Maintaining a positive work environment and fostering teamwork among staff members.
Designing and implementing sales promotional activities to achieve revenue targets.
Analyzing sales and identifying markets.
Process customer complaints patiently.
Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors.
Oversee and supervise the welcoming of customers.
Keeping the staff updated on the latest trends in the food and beverage sector.
Implementing hygiene and safety standards.
Setting up a service standard for all dishes and drinks served in the restaurant.
Purchasing and maintaining restaurant equipment furniture, linen, cutlery, crockery, glassware, and other special service equipment.
Maintaining a stock record of restaurant equipment.
Ensuring good team spirit among the wait staff.
Maintaining cleanness and hygiene of service areas.
Coordinating with the other department of the hotel.
Requierements:
Minimum three (3) years of experience in
managing
food and beverage and kitchen or similar position in the Hospitality Industry.
Degree in Culinary Art and Restaurant or Hospitality Management a
MUST
.
